The Second Call
What to Expect
The second call is the most important conversation we have with clients. So, no pressure or anything! On this call, we will work together to determine what your dream scenario as an owner is.

Here is a sampling of things we will discuss:

Your role as an owner. What do you want to do and what do you not want to do?

Do you want a staff? What kind, what are they doing, how many, how do we communicate with them, how can they grow?

What does the customer profile look like? How do we find them, how do we sell them, how do we keep them?
-
What are the core values of your business? What do you stand for?
-
What kind of training, support, and culture will be important to you?
-
What industries are of interest or not of interest to you?
-
Financially, what is the ideal investment range, and what kind of return do you want?

It is OK if you do not know the answers to these questions right now – no one does for sure. We will work through this together.

So, how do we do this?
The focus on this call is to answer all questions based on what your ideal situation or true preference would be. What one has done in the past does not matter nearly as much as what one wants to do moving forward. Again, this is a chance to really create that dream scenario.
​Some questions we ask are more of the either/or variety. Many times, these questions are harder to answer. It is totally OK to be unsure or “open” to either option. Being open to a question is not bad at all. In fact, it lets us cast a wide net over possible franchise options.
The only answer that is not allowed is “it depends on the business”. This is an easy default answer that clients sometimes try to use for difficult questions. The reality is, it does not at all depend on the business. Your answers will lead us to the best fit.
When we are done with the call, we will have a fantastic picture of what your ideal business should look like. At this point, we will begin the research to find the best 3 options to get you introduced to.

​If we both feel like franchise ownership is still a possible option, then we will begin the research for the best 3 franchisors to introduce you to. At the end of the call we will walk you through what the next steps are and will send you some info to help get you prepared for what’s next.
